Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Here at More Mile, we offer three UK delivery methods to make it simple for everyone shopping with us. Each delivery method is outlined below.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery option means your goods will be processed as normal and shipped via our standard postal provider (Royal Mail). Goods will arrive within 4 business days for most of the UK Mainland (Some exceptions can be expected).

  • Orders under £35 will be shipped using standard Royal Mail 48 postage, where as orders over £35 will normally be sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
  • Most items are delivered Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later)

Next Day Delivery

Our Next Day Delivery option means your goods will be processed with high priority and dispatched the same day (if you order before our 3:30pm UK Time threshold). Goods will arrive within 1 business/working days for most of the UK Mainland (Some exceptions can be expected). 
For example orders which are placed with "Next Day" option before 3:30PM on a Friday will be despatched Friday and delivered Monday; and if ordered Friday after 3.30pm or over the weekend, will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

  • To obtain Next Day Delivery, please select this option on the checkout page
  • Saturday and Sunday are NOT classed as business/working days

European Union Delivery

Here at More Mile, we offer three European Union delivery methods to make it simple for everyone shopping with us. Each delivery method is outlined below.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery option means your goods will be processed as normal and shipped via our standard postal provider (Royal Mail or DPD in some cases).

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery option means your goods will be processed with high priority and dispatched the same day (if you order before our 2:00pm UK time threshold). Goods will arrive within 2-8 business days for most of the European Union Member States (Some exceptions can be expected).

Rest Of World Delivery

Here at More Mile, we offer two Rest Of World (ROW) delivery methods to make it simple for everyone shopping with us. Each delivery method is outlined below.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery option means your goods will be processed as normal and shipped via our standard postal provider (this differs between countries, but we usually use Royal Mail).

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery option means your goods will be processed with high priority and dispatched the same day (if you order before our 2:00pm UK Time threshold). Goods will be sent either DHL or DPD. Please use the table below to find out how long your parcel will take to arrive.

Delivering To Your Address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Missing / Damaged Parcel

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left in a safe place via the courier notes, More Mile cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
