More Mile Weight Lifting Shoes

When it comes to any weightlifting, there’s no substitute for building a strong foundation, especially in Olympic and Power Lifting. A good foundation is the difference between making the lift and not, with the new More Mile More Lift 3 Weightlifting Shoe, you’re guaranteed a solid base to succeed in every lift you make.

Key Features:

  • Synthetic upper is durable, precise fitting and light weight

  • Air Mesh tongue & collar for maximum breathability

  • Lock down strap to secure mid & rear foot

  • Stiffened heel unit to enhance rear-foot stability

  • Die-Cut wedge midsole gives solid base combined with lightweight

  • Gym-specific flat outsole for maximum surface area and grip

  • 35mm heel height

Built with a Die-Cut Wedge to encourage deeper squats and a more upright torso, the More Lift 3 has been specially designed to withstand the gruelling punishment heavy lifters place on their feet and footwear.

Lightweight, flexible and supportive, the shoe incorporates a highly-durable, gym-specific, Flat Rubber Outsole for outstanding grip and maximum surface area, so you can power through all the squat variations and the different lifting phases that require an elevated heel with a solid contact point working the ground beneath you.

The High-Density Midsole also allows the wearer to lift as much as he/she can bear without any give or compression at the heel, so you can transfer as much force as possible through the ground.

Mesh and Synthetic Upper also delivers precise fitting and impressive levels of functional support, while a Stiffened Heel Unit provides additional rear-foot stability for Olympic lifters.

The inclusion of a Heavy-dutyInstep Strap over the laces, also ensures the foot stays locked-down during explosive movements with heavier weights.

The More Mile More Lift 3 Weightlifting Shoe provides an excellent combination of flexibility and support, ideal for dynamic strength-specific exercises like squat variations, and big powerful lifts such as the clean and jerks. If you need more power choose More Mile.

Don't hesitate, buy them Review by Paul

I've been lifting weights for some time (years) and have never bothered with dedicated gym/weight lifting shoes. I usually buy good, well known brand flat soled training shoes but this time I thought I'd look into "proper" footwear. I am your typical power & strength lifter so opted for the More Mile shoes as my first foray into specialist shoes as my research showed them of similar design and features without the hefty, over-inflated price tag of the high street named products.
I am so pleased I did. They take a little bit of getting used to the wedge midsole which keeps you solid and grounded but they are comfortable and provide confidence in the lift.
Aesthetic design is also pleasing - they look very smart and have attracted several complimentary comments from other gym users/buddies.

So, when you take into consideration the price being asked for them, I am delighted with them. Hence taking the time to write this positive, recommendation review. (Posted on 22/07/2017)

Do the job well, but don't look great Review by Nick

I bought these because I was struggling to get the full depth in my squats. For that purpose they are perfect! I find it much easier to squat now and avoid missed reps when squatting. I've also been wearing these at the gym and for crossfit and they're okay for this purpose, but not ideal because of the firmness of the shoe and the large heel lift. To be fair they fact I can use them for this is a bonus as that wasn't my intention.

I bought half a size bigger because of other reviews and that size fits perfectly. They are also very comfortable.

The biggest downside for me is the design. I didn't like the design much in the photo and when they arrived I liked it even less. They look cheap and untrendy. Okay they are cheap, but I have other more mile trainers that look great and are cheap so I don't know where more mile went wrong with these. I do wear them, but I'm conscious that most others doing crossfit have great looking shoes and these certainly aren't that!

So, if you want a cheap pair of weightlifting shoes and don't care what they look like then go for these. If you do then you'd be better going for a more expensive pair. (Posted on 25/03/2017)

I gave these to my Son for Christmas, as he enjoys weight lifting.
He is really pleased with them, and he says that he can now lift heavier weights, due to these trainers

Had been looking for some weightlifting shoes for a while, the raised heel definitely helps
on squats. They were the cheapest ones I could find but the quality of them is very good. I am only a beginner so have only really tested them up to around 100kg for squats but they help up well and were very stable. Overall I'm impressed with them and happy with my purchase! (Posted on 14/01/2017)

These shoes offer excellent value for money and can safely be used in Weightlifting or Powerlifting. The quality of construction, while not the absolute best, is acceptable and definitely above average for this price range. Overall happy with the product, will recommend to others. Everything a lifter needs Review by Davide Cerullo

These shoes are absolutely perfect. They cost less than a pair of regular branded sport shoes and perform immensely well. If I was a famous lifter I'd endorse them for sure.

Just make sure to measure your feet with a very heavy sock, anand then get half a size bigger. Nine are a bit too snug, but they're more than usable. (Posted on 02/11/2016)

They fit snug, great grip on the platform too.
Wedged heel is a good depth, personally, helped with my squat no end!
Hitting full ROM is impossible without these due to ankle/tendon damage.
Good, affordable & comfy shoes. (Posted on 28/10/2016)
